Become a Bike Mechanic Team Lead
- You lead the coolest team within the Swapfiets, consisting of technicians, mechanics, and senior mechanics
- You coordinate the daily tasks and organize team meetings in which you always manage to motivate your team
- You help with HR related processes such as recruitment, performance management, illness and leave
- You are responsible for keeping our stock management up-to-date
- You coordinate quality checks and the correct processing of data
- You support new colleagues with the onboarding program and provide training

Your profile
- You are available 32-40hrs per week
- You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) work/level, preferably in a technical direction
- Ideally you worked with Bikes before/ have a Bike Mechanic certification
- You have experience working as a Lead and are able to coach and enthuse colleagues
- You have experience in a process-oriented environment and work detail oriented
- You can communicate well in English and the local language
